Hot Wind Halo

[Verse 1]
Towel on the tile
You tilt your head and grin
Steam on the mirror
Little storm begins

Wet ends dripping down
Your hands know what to do
One more pass, one more pass
I’m staring at you

[Pre-Chorus]
Lift it high
Let it fly
Fingers in the gold
Turn that tired morning
Into something bold

[Chorus]
Blow it out
Blow it out
Hot wind halo
Blow it out
Blow it out
Let the whole room glow
Spin me round
Spin me round
Like a wild tornado
Blow it out
Blow it out
Hot wind halo

[Verse 2]
Pins on the counter
Brush in your left hand
You shake out the layers
Like you’re in a band

Ends get lighter
The dark turns bright
Every little strand
Catches fire in the light

[Pre-Chorus]
Lift it high
Let it fly
Hear that final hum
All that morning chaos
Gone and then done

[Chorus]
Blow it out
Blow it out
Hot wind halo
Blow it out
Blow it out
Let the whole room glow
Spin me round
Spin me round
Like a wild tornado
Blow it out
Blow it out
Hot wind halo

[Bridge]
[Break]
Slow it down
Then snap it back
One last sweep
One last attack
You laugh like
You know you won
And the day starts
Now, not some

[Final Chorus]
Blow it out
Blow it out
Hot wind halo
Blow it out
Blow it out
Let the whole room glow
Spin me round
Spin me round
Like a wild tornado
Blow it out
Blow it out
Hot wind halo
